The school season has started for some children and as parents/guardians you may have mixed feelings. Depending on the age of the child, you may be feeling that your sweet baby is growing up too fast. As an aunt, I have watched my three sisters, my adult nephew, and my adult niece send our babies (there are 4 little boys at present) off wondering if we (yes I do take some credit) have given them the neccessary tools for school but we know how to take it day by day.
Ah! if only the joy experienced on the first day would continue until the last day. The following are some reminders for what your child may need for back to school (depending on his/her age and grade):
1) art supplies-crayons, drawing papers, pencils, pens, scissors
2) backpacks
3) cell phone
4) clothes- notebooks
5) sports uniforms
