Beauty (Fall Skin Care)

This time of the year in the New York City area the air becomes dry so the skin tends to become dull, dry, and blotchy. As a chronic babe, you realize that you skin requires special attention. Here are a few suggestions:

1) Make sure you drink you H2O-Yes, most experts recommend 8 glasses but let's be real it takes some motivation. Try adding flavor with slices of lemon, lime, or oranges.

2) Keep your face clean: Do not go to bed with makeup-This can clog pores.

3) Keep your face moisturized: Hydrated skin appears younger, fuller, and healthier.

4) Stay away from alcohol and smoking: Both dehydrate your skin which makes it look older.

5) Use natural ingredients: For example, soak your hands for 5-10 minutes in olive oil and pat dry before putting on your gloves.

More tips to come....
